Big or Small, We Have the Lift for the Job.
From steel frames on new shore homes to boardwalk structures and one-of-a-kind custom steel, here’s a look at lifts from jobsites across Cape May County and the Jersey Shore.
Much of the steel you’ll see was fabricated by our sister company, Mitchell Welding & Iron Works — so we know firsthand how much a well-planned lift matters to the rest of the job. Tap any photo to see it larger.
Steel frames for shore homes
Moment frames, posts, and beams set into new homes along the coast — often on tight lots with neighbors close on every side, where planning the pick matters as much as the crane.

Beams flown over framed walls
Long-span beams and headers lifted over framed walls and set right where the carpenters need them — saving hours of hand work and keeping the framing crew moving.

Boom truck lifts
A truck-mounted crane sets up fast in a driveway or street and reaches over the house to place steel on the far side. Pictured: a Manitex 40124SHL setting steel frames.

Custom steel turret
A one-of-a-kind round steel turret, fabricated in the shop and flown into place in sections, then fit up in the air.

Boardwalk & commercial work
Galvanized steel structures on the boardwalk, where compact spider cranes and careful staging let the work go on around rides, shops, and foot traffic.
